Burnt Offerings: I agree, its a familial thing. I had a friend back when who hated being called a stoner even though he smoked weed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I think he just didn't like people who weren't smokers stereotyping him since he became very successful right out of school. OTOH, I think that derogatory words for habitual drug users are no different than taunts of any other kind. People will judge us and we will act in disdain for being judged and the world will keep turning. If we use drugs of any kind we must be prepared for an extra helping.

not-so-belligerent recovering-drunk: how long have you stabilized on 1g of codeine? I've stabilized on less than 10mg valium a day for years and still wary of decreasing or jumping off.

How much do you shoot at a time?

It's weird, I started pretty small with heroin but I eventually began to appreciate pretty big shots of dope. It never worked that way with meth, though...despite having done it a good number of times (although not in recent history), I could never handle large shots of tweak. A lot of IV users I knew were the same way, although I did know a couple who liked big shots. I'd usually only slam about as much shard as you could lay out in a decent size line to snort.

my buddy made up the shot so I don't know exactly how much he put in, but it was enough for a killer rush!!

Something like 3-4 months. Basically when I ran out of O-desmethyltramadol, my tolerance was sky high (did 5 grams of O-DT in less than 10 days, so duh), I went through the withdrawal, but still 500 mg codeine doesn't really do it for me anymore. 1000 mg isn't what it used to be either, but withdrawal and all that stuff... However, I try to cut my monthly use as much as I can. Haven't been able to do more than 48 h off codeine, but I guess taking it every other day is a lot better than every single day, right? I've actually been considering trying to find some H, the reason being it's probably cheaper. But that's probably about the dumbest idea.

Opioids is my favorite class of drugs, and they've stopped me from drinking like that, pretty much instantly quit. I like GABAergic drugs, but they don't seem to like me. A lot of fucking bullshit happens when we're together.

OT: high off my tits on codeine.

Oh, you're tapering the diazepam? Did you use to use high doses of benzos? I was under the impression that you just used low-dose diazepam in an actual therapeutic manner. (doesn't happen often, does it)

I am pretty sure in addition to the raccoons and bears they are torturing in the Deet program they could be using prisoners they captured in Afghanistan, Iraq, and kidnapping victims they got in the so-called war on terror. The American government is made up of terrorists, there is no other word for what they are doing. They are wicked. God needs to cut this government down.

i have good connections, i appreciate that i guess and I appreciate being prescribed 3 x oc 40s a day from a legit doctor too. that shit (dope in the pic) would prob be you dope shooters wet dream, whenever ive put it in water it dissolves fast and entirely without a trace and doesn't change the colour or appearance of the water at all. dealer said in the past that he doesnt add anything to it.

feelin very nice now, 1 oc 40 chewed and a nice line of chinaaaaaaaaaa white!

gonna take 2 mgs loprazolam soon, thats always the cherry on top and helps me sleep a tonne.

Not high. Haven't done any drugs over the past couple-few weeks.

It feels good not being a slave to chemicals but at the same time the inane stupidity of everyday life has been washing over me like a wave of sewage.
