Headache From High CBD Strains?

I started experimenting with some high CBD strains lately and I’ve noticed that I seem to get a headache when I smoke them. Just 1-2 hits and I’m fine, and I like the effects 3-4 I seem to get a headache and experience dysphoria. Does this happen to anyone else? Its weird because I’ve always heard that CBD strains are better to treat things like headaches rather than cause them...
