Exercising releases endorphins and also changing the levels of the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain which gives a feeling of happiness and strength. Dopamine is the most important neurotransmitters in the brain's reward system, and it is therefore possible to become addicted to the endorphins in the same way that we can get caught up in drug abuse. Endorphins are said to be the bodies own morphine.

Im almost 2 months benzo and opiate-free and im trying to loose weight as im 5'11 tall and weight 209 Pounds.Im not like "super fat" but yeah overweight. After I stopped people have told me I look much better. I have noticed that I lost a lot of fat in the face especially around the cheekbones, weird but im sure of it. But not lost a single pound that I know off. Looking back at pictures I looked like a balloon in the face.So anyway Im trying to take regular walks for 1-2 hrs about 3 times a week. Im feeling a bit better after the walks. But is this good? I am a person who can get addicted to literally anything. I don't know how much endorphines etc I get from walks but I don't want to get addicted to it. I know that endorphines binds to the same receptor as codeine and morphine, does that mean they are cross tolerant or something? Could it also affect my GABA-receptors in a negative way, any interaction? Maybe even affects the benzo-tolerance and withdrawal? Im having a break for a year, im almost 2 months in now. In December I want to sit there with normal weight and have reached my goals and just enjoy some drugs. I will never start abusing them again. Last year I had a 4 months break from all drugs but they didnt work after that so im trying to change all I can this time.

Im not looking for answers like shut up exercising is good for you, everyone does it. I know that its good for your Health. But is it good for your mind if you are ex-drug addict?? Im trying to have a full year off ALL drugs, even alcohol. Ive even stopped fapping.(yourbrainonporn, nofap etc)

Dude, it sounds like your actively trying to not feel any pleasure for a year? What are you hoping to achieve, if you don't mind me asking.

Im having this long break because Ive been taking too much benzos and opiates for too long. I need to heal and lower the tolerance and live a more healthy life. This is the price I have to pay.

Exercise will definitely help you. It helps get the body back into its natural rhythm, can help with stress, and, of course, is healthy. If you get addicted to exercise, more power to ya. That's a good thing, lol.

That wasnt my question. I was wondering how the exercising affect the tolerance of opiates and benzos.

^exercise will not affect your tolerance to opiates or benzos.
But it will help you stay healthy
