Hello,

I hope this is in the right place, and won't elaborate any further until I'm sure it is. It has to do with bad customer service and unethical treatment of patients by the Pharmacy staff. Or, I see it as unethical. Respond and let me know if this section is OK to post this on. I'm not looking for any lawsuits or anything, but I would like a person fired for their childish behavior and lack of ability to reason. To treat adults like adults.

I'd like to get some opinions here before I rally the crusade.

You would have to elaborate more before anyone can respond.

I would try talking to the manager/head pharmacist first. Make sure that you have your emotions under control when speaking to whomever you are speaking to and that you are also willing to listen to their perceptions of the situation. You don't have to agree with those perceptions but it is helpful to understand them. We don't allow legal discussion here so as concerning a lawsuit, that will be up to you.

If you need to vent, there is always the vent/rant thread where you can get it off your chest!
