Opioids adderall and morphine?

i take adderall sometimes, either 20 or 40 mg, usually to keep me awake, i don't get high off of it. if i were to use morphine (recreationally) while on adderall, would it make it less effective or anything?
 
will increase the euphoria in my experience. people react differently of course but it is one the most potent legal pharm speed balls. I used dextroamphetamine and dilaudid both oral or up the nose, and experienced much euphoria.
 
I use 70mg Vyvance and right now 15mg morphine ER . I'm in it for the pain relief, but also for any positive side effects that may occur. I find that if it is timed correctly, it relieves my pain and I feel pleasant. I have not gotten euphoria as one might say. I'm working on that.
