Kratom tolerance

I love Kratom and I get 112 grams of every Monday and use it till Friday then take a break on the weekend. But by the end of the week my to tolerance is so high that i use up my home supply other then a tolerance break how would I make my tolerance go down.

You would need to lower your doses and maybe even take a break.
