Indeed CH!
Exercises and hobbies. That is really important in order to deal with the day to day life.
I've also quit and started exercising after 4 months, but I wasn't quite there at all. I thought I had something wrong with me.
The advice to find a hobby was what 'saved' my recovery I must say.
I'm now 7+ months totally sober and dealing with the problems in better ways.
I believe that in the same way exercises tend to recover your endorphin a hobby will make your time more enjoyable.
Good luck totach!!
