I feel like I picked too many away teams but when I went back to change it I still felt good about my picks so I left it except for picking jaguars over panthers. I feel like the jags are going to be the suprise team of the season. Winning 9 games and a wild card berth.

i was tempted to pick jaguars too with them being the home team and panthers offense potentially being downright awful. but with jaguars missing julius thomas for the first month i decided to keep my pick.

also super close to picking colts and giants. and thought about lions and titans.

I don't like the chances of Pittsburgh's secondary. Jimmy the Jet looked much more welcoming

gotta go with Carolina IMO

I'm concerned I've been listening to GM talk up the bills all season when my gut tells me that without a decent qb they still suck

Yeah I'm worried that I may have been tricked by GM as well. Oh well. Fool me once... You won't fool me again.

I'm not too concerned about it. They gave up 500 yards tonight. That may fly with a shitty Steelers team but that's going to lose them a lot more games than people think.

They gave up 500 yards tonight.
no they didn't.

average yards against in nfl last season: 348. so the pats gave up 27% more in yards than the league average for all teams last season. in the first game of the season. against the #2 (2014) team in yards per game.

and it's a game of defense and offense. teams with potent offense can obviously afford to give up more defensive yards, generally speaking.

the sky is not falling quite yet.
