So season 3 of Marc Maron's IFC show is coming to a close, but I'm just now starting season one. I'm really digging it so far. It's very autobiographical, almost like a scripted non-fiction sitcom with sprinkles of fictional characters and material thrown in. Anyone else watching?

Watched seasons one and two on Netflix, and I actually came to enjoy it quite a lot. Not the most exciting show, but the observational humor is pretty damn solid. Did you make it through the first two seasons?

Yeah, season three just wrapped up last week. It's around if you look for it

I really like Maron. It's a very personal show.
His podcast, too. He pours himself into it, warts and all.
The ending of season 3 was very self-defecating. Weird ending.

If you like Maron, check out his podcast: WTF with Marc Maron.
WARNING: It's extremely long (hundreds of hours) and full of angry tangential rants.

I was just listening to the Robin Williams episode.
Williams talks frankly about suicide and drug abuse.

Good god I'm so happy season 4 is underway now. I've been waiting for so long for it it return, it's really starting to rival Louie in the "comedian playing himself" genre of comedy shows.

Great season premiere, can't wait for the rest of the season.
