The questionnaire involves gathering demographic information from you along with the completion of the Ecological Paradigm Scale (EPS) and the Environmentally Responsible Behaviour Index (ERBI).

Your participation in this research is entirely voluntary. It is your choice whether to participate or not and you can remove yourself at any point. All information and data will be confidential and you will remain anonymous.
You are invited to participate in this survey if you fulfill all of the criteria listed below.

1) You are at least 18 years old.

2) You read, write, and speak English fluently.


It is important that you complete the survey only once, and that you answer each question honestly and seriously. If you are not ready to complete the survey now, please return to this page at a time that is convenient for you. Once you have started filling out the survey it is important to note that if you leave the page or it reloads, the information you have entered will be lost. Please be aware that you can use the "Back" button if need be.
You can exit the survey at any time. If you exit the survey early, your responses will not be used.


You are eligible to participate in this survey if:

• you have read the information above
• you have not taken a dose of psilocybin mushrooms that produced moderate to strong psychoactive effects
• you voluntarily agree to participate
• you are at least 18 years old

The questionnaire should take between 10 - 15 minutes.

Your personal data is not available for other persons and will only be used for scientific evaluation within the scope of my dissertation for the University of Kent - School of Anthropology and Conservation.
