Stimulants would ampthetamine tolerance effect modafinil tolerance?

If i have a high tolerance to ampthetamines would that give me a high tolerance to modafinil(provigil) too?

I'm not sure of the science behind it, but IME there is cross tolerance.

Each and everyone is different. Taking a chance and under prescription Methylphenidate (Ritalin) and Modafinil were a good combo in Vivo.
In answer to your question, no it won't. It has a very different mechanism of deployment than amphetamine.
It's subtle though, but you should notice the difference.
