I've been hitting the gym 3 day per week since February doing something similar to Nutty's program, a full body split utilizing compound movement-type lifts. So over the last month I've gone from 225 lbs to 219 lbs in body weight and over the same time period my squats have gone from 185 lbs (5 reps x 5 sets) to 220 lbs (5x5) today. So proud to finally be squatting more than my body weight.
Edit: since I'm bragging I should go all out. Late January I weighed 247 pounds today I weigh 219. Not too shabby, not too shabby at all!
