How did you get off your butt today V.3

Just biked 5 miles, ran 4 laps around\fished my pond now grilling catfish for breakfast tomorrow
 
More strength training... Got a current rep max in both my bench and squat today so I'm happy.
 
Had 2 exams today so I wasn't able to go to the gym. Really need to go tomorrow
 
yesterday after work I ran 5 miles with my trail running group
this morning I ran 3.2 miles at 530a before work with a dude from my group

the morning weather was perfect and it was great to get out of the woods with the sunrise
I am aging to make Wednesday mornings a twice a month habit

add 150 squats, 10 push ups, 80 crunches (with variations), and 60 sec plank to each day :)
 
Bench, overhead press, squats and deadlifts. Got a current rep max with my deadlift and also messed around with front squats and a few other things.
 
I'm envious of everyones motivation in this thread. I've been reading through it lately hoping this gets me pumped up to stop being a potato.
