proglumide opiate tolerance reduction ?

I have just acquired some proglumide do not know the purity as it did not come with purity slip and came from hong kong so im hoping for the best ive taken some no adverse reactions
I'm trying to lower opiate tolerance I dont use opiates frequently anymore and there just not as effective this is for recreational purposes
A brief description of proglumide is thats a cck inhibitor cck levels have an effect on the analgesic effects lowering cck or inhibiting it lowers tolerance
How long does this need to be taken the proglumide to lower tolerence or can you take it before you take an opiate to lower tolerence
