BC Survivor trying to kick perc habit

Hi All!
I am a five year bc survivor withdrawing from dr.perscribed percs for the pain from long term effects of chemo and se's from the anti cancer drug Femara that I take.My oncologist has decided the time is now to stop.She had me tapering down and now Im out.Was I using more than I should?Yes.Do I have legit pain? I believe so.Just trying to get over the malaise and depression more than anything.I have already been on Zoloft for the past 5 years so i guess the lethary and sadness would be way worse.I think I can deal with everything else.I have no choice.Anyhow...just looking for folks who are in..or have been in my situation.
 
Hey mzzzoe, welcome.

Congrats on your battle with BC. You're a fighter. That means you can overcome the withdrawal from this. If you want, I can move your post over to The Dark Side where you may be able to get some emotional support.
