MAOIs - Heart Health

Hi, has anyone here used MAOIs (such as Syrian Rue), and had to deal with cardiac problems, or other problems such as overheating?

I'm gettin' into it and my health isn't the best. I don't have cholesterol or hypertensive issues, nor do I have weight problems. However, I've had chronic inflammation for 6 years, including pericarditis (inflammation of the sac around the heart). I also have very thick blood. I doubt I have any plaque buildup, but nevertheless, the blood is definitely very thick (as noted by doctors).

So I have a few reasons to be a little concerned about my heart as I go into MAOI-world. I also haven't had good exercise in months. : /

I'm not sure I have specific questions, just want to hear other people's experiences, good or bad.

since this is a drug question, I'm gonna move it to Other Drugs.
In theory, MAOIs may increase your heart rate, blood pressure etc. due to the increase in monoamine (like adrenaline) concentrations.
