Vyvanse making me vomit soon after taking

at around 9:10 am i took 2 60mg vyvanses. About 30 minutes later at 9:40 i started to get nauseas and trew up several times about 5 mins later. Ive taken vyvanse at this dose before and not had problems like this. Its now 10:25 am about an hour and 15 mins after takin it and im starting to feel some effects despite vomiting. Ive neve heard of any1 vomiting that soon after taking vyvanse.

too high of a dose maybe, very likely, though i'm not positive.
