Misc paracetamol OD treatment

Okay so after ingesting 16g of panadol and 600mg of DXM all in the space of 2 days i go to the ED and they sent me home straight away. The Dr. Simply felt my stomach and sent me home.Even after I told him I have spewed blood and had pains in the guts. Yes i know this was stupid but should i be worried?
 
I wuld suggest going to another Dr. A second opinion doesnt hurt given that you have digested over three times as much of paracetamol as recommend per day. Go to anther A and E, or your GP.
 
If you're not in tremendous amounts of pain as your liver shuts down, it's probably no more than a transient reaction that happened to you.

Especially if a doctor took a look at you and decided you're OK.

Take it easy and go to emergency department if you continue to feel shitty or vomit blood.
