Hello All!
I am a new user here so sorry if I made a new thread and if such topic already exists.

Anyway, I was prescribed Tramadol (Ultram) 200 extended release. Been taking them recreationally for a year now. (approx once a week) I use to take 1-2 of them (2 x 200mg ER) and barely feel anything. I guess I have some small tolerance but can anyone please advise me .... Would that be unreasonably dangerous if I take 3 of them (600mg extended release). Would that make any difference?

I have Clonazepam (Klonopin 2mg) ... maybe to take half just in case to prevent a seizure?
Please share your thoughts. What to take and in which doses to get the comfy feeling?
I just want to experience that comfy opiate feeling.

I am trying to get some Oxys but the problem here in the middle Europe is that Oxys are harder to get than anywhere else. Maybe you know something better to take and is available in middle EU?

Thank you for your answers!

Ah, dude, swim's always had the same problem with trammies. Apparently it's risky take more than like 300 mg at one time, but 300 mg doesn't get swim high at all, just makes her tired as shit. She's never had ER Tramadol, though, only IR. Does ER Tramadol work like ER Adderall? I think that with 30 mg ER Adderall, 15 mg is released instantly and then 15 mg is released four hours later. If Tramadol works the same way, taking three ER pills technically would not put you in that over-300 mg-at-a-time-can-cause-a-seizure danger zone... I would pop the Kpin, though, just in case :). Seizures sound awful.

Have you tried potentiating at all? I'd assume grapefruit juice and/or Tagamet would work for Tramadol just like they do for any other opiate. That way you won't run through the trammies as fast and can stretch them out until you find something more legit, haha :).

Cheers, fellow newbie!!

Thank you for your sincere reply!

What I did is that I took 2 x 200mg Tramadol ER at around noon and then 2 again at around 6pm with a 2mg Klonopin pill with the latter dose. I am now feeling great but almost falling asleep. It's a nice and calm feeling.
That would be 800mg Tramadol ectended release throughout a day. Everything works fine.
However, I really have this urge to feel it a bit more. How can I potentiate this? I am having only one beer now, not more! Maybe this does something.

My problrm is that Tramadol is the strongest I can get here at the doctors. I so want to try something stronger.

Anyway, thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Regards, ;)

Parabolan,

I heard about grapefruit juice but that's all. Is this true?
Can you suggest any other method?

Your answer is highly appreciated!
Thank you!

Grapefruit juice along with a relatively small benzo dose along with ur highly dosed trams.

Maybe a stupid question but does it have to be a real squeezed grapefruit or just a simple juice from the store. (Because that one barely contains any fruit)

Yeah grapefruit juice is the shit for opiates!! Tagamet too. It doesn't have to be real squeezed, haha. I believe it does have to be 100% white grapefruit juice, though. Ocean Spray makes one that works great for swim. She usually takes 200 mg of Tagamet about three or four hours before the pain pills, then drinks 8-16 oz of grapefruit juice with another 200-400 mg of Tagamet one hour before the pain pills. I'm not sure if that exact method works for Tramadol, but it's great for oxy and hydro in swim's experience.

I'm always left wanting more with Tramadol too :(. Sometimes a drink or two a few hours in helps, but other than that, I think the Tramadol high is just not as good as other opiate highs. Swim's with you. All she can get from her doctor right now is codeine.

I feel like I've heard that fentanyl is easier to get in Europe. Fentanyl's gotta be better than Tramadol!

:)

Here in Europe Fentanyl patches are prescribed only to terminally ill persons. Cancer diagnosys. So I assume I have no chance getting anything steonger than Tramadol (200 ER) :(

^ That is what they tell you :)

I live in Scandinavia and it is often said everywhere in EU that Fentanyl patches are given only in hospital setting or people with terminal stage cancer but even here in the fact it is available on any private clinic if criteria for the pain is met and oxycodone causes adverse reactions.

Of course, fentanyl is supposed to be 100 times stronger than morphine. Some prefers to say 50x stronger than heroin.
There are a great number of meds in between tramadol and fentanyl.
I´ve always thought Tramadol was a very mild light pain killer. Maybe similar to codeine, which is fairly weak.
As long as you have the tolerance, good for you..and keep it down.

Thank you guys for sharing your thoughts!

I will try going to my doctor and try to get something stronger but I have heard that the strongest they can prescribe is Tramadol. Oxys and patches can be prescribed only by specialists.

I don't know but Is there any other opioid medication that I could ask for if I get refused oxys and patches? What should I tell him to sound like I really need them?

I am currently living in Hungary, EU.

Thanks folks!
