TDS Getting paranoid, anxious and withdrawaled

Well About 3 or 4 days ago, i had to quit taking what i was. I was taking around 400mg tramadol a day with 250mg - 500mg of butalbital a day. Almost everyday for multiple months, and it was how i was coping with my life, well anyways. Since quitting ive been feeling extremely anxious, withdrawal-en from society, and isolated. All of my family keeps asking me whats wrong and why i am not talking. I normally had pretty bad social and overall anxiety before stopping taking these too.

Any suggestions to help with the paranoia, and anxiety?
 
That's a normal feeling at this time. The anxiety will calm down the more clean time you get. Part of the recovery process. Just give it time.
