The Letters Game

Ok so the objective of the game is to;
ONLY change, add, subtract OR move/swap 2 letters (no more no less) from the word in the previous post,
yet still have the end result be an English word (slangs can count).
Let's see how twisted this gets!

I'll start an example then we can continue from there.
