Misc Legal Advocacy groups?

Does anyone know any research chemical (noids and such) legal advocacy groups?

I used to know at least one (NAPL or something like that) but google fails me.

I know the ACS, just trying to put together a few more for an info page.

I meant to mention I am looking for U.S. based groups.
