Found this pill in a hotel room (I'm a housekeeper) anyways I googled it and it says it's hydromorphone?? I take hydrocodone. Not sure if its the same or not as for tolerance I take 4, 5 mg hydros a day. Anyone know if this pill is the same or can tell me what this pill would be in hydrocodone mgs...if that makes sense
