taking a lot of opiates even if you have tolerance can be dangerous. they affect your central nervous system and can stop your breathing. even if you don't feel a buzz or high from the drug you could still be close to a level to have a problem. you should talk to your doctor about the proper amount to take to control your pain based on your tolerance and how long you've taken them to make sure you're taking safe dosages at safe intervals

Zohydro does not come in an ir. you would need to get regular Norco or Vicodin. which both contain acetaminophen.both medications contain hydrocodone just that obviously as you know Zohydro is time-released. with regular Norcos you can only take the maximum dose of 3 10/325s every 6 hours and my pain doctor recommends no more than 8 per day because of the acetaminophen liver damage. The fda states no more than 3,000 milligrams of acetaminophen per day but the pain doctor I have sez 2500 which would be 8 10 325 Norcos. for somebody with no opioid tolerance taking 3 Norcos could be very dangerous or fatal. you should always talk to your doctor about dosages. if you want to take enough of an opiate to get buzzed or high then you are risking your health. opioids in various forms kill many people every year.
