Hey guys,
I just watched Hamilton Morris's new video on the rise of a street drug containing Efavirenz, and they talked alot about efavirenz itself, and trying to figure how it could make one high.
They said that when Heated, it would produce another molecule, unknown, that should be studied. Yet, Hamilton took 1500mg of efavirenz, and still got high, but he described a dirty slightly psychedelic high that was quite sedating.
So I searched a bit about efavirenz, and I saw quickly that it was a benzoxazin, much like Etifoxin, that was much like a Benzodiazepine, I saw on wikipedia that benzoxazin, was somewhat close from benzodiazepines, so I guess that the efavirenz sedation and stoned feeling would come from there.
What do you guys think?:?

Foggles- if you would have paid attention during the documentary he mentioned several times it's affinity for 5HT2a, as explained by the other Hammilton above...
