Opening up a thread for this and let me start up by saying:

Half an hour cardio first time doing it in the morning and I feel amazing!
 
day 6 of 30 day core challenge
upper body weight training 3 sets of 10 (curls, overhead tricep extensions, bent over rows, shoulder press)
 
12km bike loop.

back for water and weed, then im gonna do it again.
 
20 min striders, shoulders (shoulder overhead press, cable sword draws, cable rows & raise) , triceps (various extensions & pushdowns), ab workouts
 
well shit id go running if my sleep schedule wasnt so fucked
but thats just an excuse for my lazyness

all I did today was some basic non-cardio exercise for 15 mins tops
fucking embarrasing
 
full cardio workout for 40 min to an hour depends on how I feel today lols
 
12km loop @ 3minutes/km average speed (bike)
1.5h hot yoga
prolly another 8 km going to work, yoga, grocery store on the bike
 
ive been getting off my butt to go to the gym as regularly as usual, but since i have no idea what each exercise i do is called, there's not much point in posting.

i'll post long runs from here on
 
Weightlifting for upper body, then a hike in the woods after sundown.

I'm the same way but I've found that since learning the names my workouts have been more structured. Consistency is sweet

Today:
rear/side/front delt raises superset
good morning
dumbbell curls
bench row
bent-over row
upright row
goblet squats
bench press
 
Feel like going to the woods and running like a madman until I'm dead tired
 
Walked around 25kms yesterday
