How did you get off your butt today V.2

Blasted some Slipknot & broke a sweat doing Physical Therapy designed for someone who just had an operation &/or an 70-80 year old person. Which for me is quite the accomplishment.
Hoping to try to continue the PT, just need access to my music library.
As it's the only thing that lets me at all fight through the pain.
Besides pain killers & waiting to see my physician to hopefully have that whole bumble fuck fixed.
It's a long story see other threads in this forum & TDS, as I don't normally post in either, till recent events.
 
Started my strength training again after not working out for at least 1 1/2 months due to a lot of problems I was having. Today was my second day back at the gym.

I spontaneously did some gardening. Some light pruning & weeding. Now I've got a nagging voice in the back of my mind to do physio or yoga...but also I'm aware of my pain increasing & don't want to overdo it.

Conundrums ?

Went to the gym and did legs, abs, back and biceps. Double workout, since I was supposed to do legs/abs yesterday but didn't.
