As many coke injecters know, after 4-5 shots veins are constricted and registering and shooting is more and more difficult, sometimes resulting in a out of vein with the problems related to.

I would like to know if any of you knows and eventually used any otc med or prescribed med for obtaining vasodilatation, and if there is any substance or method that helps it other than hot bath\shower and body exercise.

Thanks !

The amino acid L-arginine is a vasodilator (not sure how strong it is but I did find it easier to get blood drawn recently when I took L-arginine beforehand). Also drink lots of water and make sure you're nourished.

Thanks a lot guys you're very informed, I'm now eating some homegrown peppers to see the effects on my veins tonight and my hemorrhoids tomorrow morning LOL.

Honestly the most important things I've found are keeping warm, drinking lots of water and exercising. Of course when you're on coke you don't want to overheat or over-exert yourself though.

I'm not sure how long hot peppers really work. You also get immune to them if you eat them frequently. Let us know if it works :)

I used to eat a spoonfull of sriracha sauce when coming down off stims. I would redose every couple hours.

don't know if you can consider it otc but viagra reportedly works well.
if in a pinch, run your injection site under warm/hot water or put a hot rag on it. do a few push ups if needed or make repeated pitching motions if its your arm then tie off and go from there. I had my ex fiance do this as her veins were tiny.

ibuprofen is a vasodilator. helps ya get rid of stim-dick ;)

That is interesting, i will try that one. I hate it when the little guy gets even littleler.

I have head that strong pharma dilators should not be used in combo due to stresses on the heart. I have also eaten a lot of cayenne pepper which is apparently the pepper V dilator and all it did was melt my asshole the next day.

The only think i have found that helps very well (even though its not really safe or recommended) is alcohol with the additional benefit of removing any related anxiety, pain in extremities etc but the big issue is that when you stop and it wears of it gets worse. For me best used in the last 6 hours of a binge.

It will not have any effect on HR or BP though, and is generally pretty weak.

A little bit of cayenne pepper acts as a strong vasodilator and can help reduce high blood pressure/hypertension.

Add a tiny amount to a drink, down it. Or eat it whole. Taste is pretty strong as I'm sure anyone would figure... just don't over do it. Cayenne is very strong and can cause hot flushing.

I hate handfuls but i guess i was really vasoconstricted at that point on day 4 meth binge resulting in the panic of seeking any assistance. Didnt seem to help the lobster hands and feet and the stabbing pains.

body builders use l-arginine and agmatine. you can couple them and use a bit of pepper. also give the viagra/cialis thing a shot. lots of people report nice vasodilation from it (that's how it gives you boners)

it helps prevent coke cock and Meth meat from a few individuals I've asked and some in the body building community claim to use it before shows for awesome vascularity.

Clonidine ! I've used it with coke for mellowing out that horrible anxiety/tension cocaine gives. Clonidine is otc here in south america. Oh and coke sucks !

Arginine doesn't really work, the studies all use huge amounts intravenously administered...as for something that works fast and we all have lying around all the time...carbon dioxide in the blood stream has similar effect to nitric oxide, dilates blood vessels and lowers blood pressure-CO2-carbon dioxide, which can be easily administered by re-breathing into a bag. Just breath in and out of a bag for a couple of minutes (breathe a little bit through your nose from outside the bag also so your brain still gets some air) but increase the CO2 in your blood stream and you will have rapid response. Try it with a blood pressure monitor, it works.

Benzos worked well for me. Obviously, you've gotta be careful mixing drugs though.

I'll have to try clonodine. It's not OTC but I'm prescribed it for my anxiety. I've been trying to find a dilator for LSA. When I used it in the past in would make the backs of my knees so tight and painful it hurt to even walk.
