liver issues after very little use of kratom

as for the OP's assertion that Kava has been 'proven' to cause liver damage, I believe that's just a myth based on a few unreliable cases

Kava has been proven to be a cause of liver damage and that's unfortunate because it's something I wanted to try again. I had taken it in the 90's to help with anxiety and asked my doctor about possibly starting it recently and he told me it wouldn't be a good idea even for a person who doesn't have liver problems. I thought he may have been a bit too vigilant but guess I was wrong. Even if there is a small chance of something bad happening to me from taking kava, I'll stay away from it because I have shit luck like that. ;)
