Was given a bottle of Oramorph 10mg/5 ml was wondering if there is any other, better, way of taking it?

Rectally offers a 2 fold bioavailability gain and skips first pass metabolism (which is very significant with morphine).
 
The same way you would with anything else, add a bit of water to dilute it and plug it.
 
You could also just use your other, head hole.
