Barrington levy - murderer
johnny osbourne - lineup
johnny osbourne - no ice cream sound

^ i see ya like the older stuff which is great. i really dig the ice cream sound track + barrington levy is a legend.

some personal favorites, tho im not sure if u like the modern dancehall sound.

Tanto Metro and Devonte-Gal say Wooee this is my all time favorite dancehall track

ASSASSIN - HAND INA DI AIR was produced by a very young kid, stephen mcgregor aka di genius, kid makes amazing beats.

Mr. LEX - DEM A PREE
ridiculous style. i feel under some haitian voodoo spell listening to it.

Mr Vegas - Heads High
a classic.

yeah, im not a fan of that mondern sound. IMO it doesn't sound like traditional dancehall at all. I do like the Heads High by Mr. Vegas though. :)

I really like the Reggae Gold Compilations...especially older ones like 95-2000.

Lady Saw - No Long Talking
Round Head - Call Me
Lexus - Cook

I've always been a reggae/dancehall head. Here are just a couple more classics. These are still played at Philly summer block parties to this day. ;)

I'm spamming the shit out of this thread lol. But I don't care because I get excited when new people get into dancehall. I had to make a pilgrimage to Jamaica and it was everything I could have wanted and then some. Jamaican and Dominican women??? Oh helllllll yesssss.
