id try 1.5 mg a day for 2 weeks and see how it goes

i would try and get adex,anastrozole instead.tho not as strong as letro it won't kill your sex drive.will raise your blood lipid values but at only .5mg 2x/wk it keeps my estro in check even with cyp at 1,000mg/wk.if you're doing deca along with your test then letro comes to be a better choice but no gettin laid for a while.when i was taking it at 2.5mg/ed not even 40mg/ed of cialis would get me hard.kills my joints too.honestly,i try not t orun an ai/ae unless i'm doing huge amounts of test,deca or tren.altho certain things don't aromatize into estrogen if your estro's not in check and your progesterone levels rise too high then you're pretty much done for,esp with tren ace...
 
if the gyno is hardened and you feel the glands then it is most likely there to stay, it's not impossible to reduce the size of the glandular build up, but you'll have to go under the knife to get rid of it :/
 
I know it's an old thread but I don't think its really necessary to open a new one.

So, what dose and for how long one should take Nolva after Letrozole to avoid the rebound effect?

I have a little lump from years of accumulated steroid use and I'm considering using Letrozole in an attempt to reverse it (since i've heard of two successful similar stories). I think I'll do it during my bridge period, so I won't jeopardize my gains during cycle.

Alright but I wanna know about the rebound effect of Letrozole. Can it be addressed with Nolva? How does it work in that way?

You should focus on the rebound effect of Nolvadex, as that should be the primary treatment for gyno.... When the gyno has reduced sufficiently, taper down the Nolva whilst running a low dose AI, like Adex for a couple of weeks post nolva...

Nolva can be used long term without destroying your lipid values and the sides are less harsh in my opinion. You get all the low estro gyno benefits with nolva without the horrid side effects of crashing your estro with letro.
