TV 58 tramadol. Never seen before.

I can't identify it online, but I know they make 50mg Tramadol with the 58 label. This is the same exact pill but with TV on the other side rather than it being blank. Are these 50mg or are they something else?

That being said, the pill could be a plethora of different pills marketed by Teva Pharmaceuticals.
