Well I want to know if this happens with anyone else while on adderall / amphetamines. I'm talking about crazy libido, weird erections, and crazy sexual thoughts while on this drug.

I have tooken adderall in the past as a child and a teenager but never felt this way on it as a adult. I would start off taking around 40mgs of adderall xr let it kick in which takes about 45 minutes for the first dose of the beads. I then get focused and do thinngs I normaly get bored with, like clean, do misc things around the house; etc. Around the 2 hour mark I take one more and then snort one. After snorting it I began to feel a huge increase in sexual pleasure. The weird part is that even though I can feel it, its still hard for me to keep it up. So I just end up rubbing it while its limp, and I get fully erect a lot of the times but it goes right back down.

Now this is where crazy thoughts take place. Like I think a lot about masturbating in risky places, blowing my load in weird places, and showing my balls tightning while doing it. Now I never really did any crazy things but the adderal always makes me think of risky sexual behavier. Is it normal to think crazy risky behavior while on this drug?

Yeah, this is common, particularly for men, not quite as much with women (to my knowledge/experience at least). It's the same with cocaine, amphetamines, etc. Men often feel hornier and less in control of their sexual drive, but less able to achieve and/or maintain an erection.

Haha I didn't mean it never happens for women, just that it is not as pronounced or common for women as it is for men. Women don't have erections to deal with, but they may also have more trouble achieving orgasm when under the influence.

Rather long post, but do try to bear with me as I have had quite of bit experience with the matter and have many details to share and offer.

I was initially prescribed 2x 30 mg instant release adderall for Narcolepsy and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have been using adderall, and to a lesser extent, dexedrine, for the past 17 yrs. Since I have an unusually strong tolerance to most stims, after about a year, I noticed decreased effects at that dose. I then tried 3 x 30 mg IR Addies and was very pleased to find that the energy and motivation I was no longer getting came back. I was even more pleased to find out that, for me at least, with that 3rd pill, came a powerful, rushing euphoria accompanied by an extremely powerful desire to have intercourse with any even semi-attractive woman that I happened to run into at work, the mall, etc.

Thus I learned that there were 4 grades or levels to amphetamine's effects. Note that although each person may have different thresholds to reach these effects, for me it went something like this:

1. "Work-Dose" Adderall: 2 x 30mg IR (entirely functional in the workplace)
2. "Mild Euphoriant Dose": 2 x 30 mg IR (initial loading dose), then wait for about two hours and pop a third (entirely functional in the work place for the most part)
3. "Marathon Sex/Heavy Euphoria/Pain Suppression Dose" as above, but you do up to 5 or six total pills (possibly functional in the workplace, but most people will suspect that you are under the effect of something!)
4. "Disorganized/Paranoid/Neuronal Overactivation Dose" This is the level that comes when you are actually intoxicated with amps, leads to psychotic behavior and bizarre activities. As but one example, someone I am acquainted with randomly decided to take apart and reassemble every electrical item in his kitchen while suffering from an overdose/acute intoxication, a situation which prompted us to take him to the ER). This a VERY DANGEROUS PLACE to be and, in extremely severe overdoses, can potentially lead to death by heart attack, stroke, and dehydration/muscle breakdown


When I get to the fifth or six pill, that's when the libido and the euphoria really start to kick in. Beyond a certain number of pills, I literally CANNOT stop thinking of sexual matters. Dirty, kinky words, images and desires dominate my mind and my craving for hot naked women skyrockets, to the point of being the number one priority for me, YES even over food, rest, and sleep! HOWEVER, maintaining an erection and, let alone, reaching that O, can range from being moderately difficult to being impossible. Insane stories of marathon sex sessions will leave the uninitiated literally slack-jawed and speechless.

However, much care must be taken in order to use it safely, particularly when using higher, recreational doses, something I don't recommend anyone ever do. Amps can be lethal in an overdose and they also have the potential to ruin your life via addiction. Alternatively, regular amphetamine abuse may lead you straight into the hands of Adderall's evil, psychotic big brother, meth.

As far as sex goes, expect extreme horniness and very LONG and pleasurable sex/masturbation sessions while on it, but DON'T expect an ultra intense, mind-blowing LSD+Nitrates-like super Big Bang Orgasm at the end, assuming you even manage to climax at all. . .
