unmarked large oval/diamond shaped blue pill, no imprint ? What could it be?

I can't put up a exact image at this very moment but I found a few oval/diamond shaped pills and have absolutely no idea what they are. I am assuming they are from out of the country since there is no imprint.

Other then a line down the middle.

The pill looks very similar to that of:

(without writing, line down the middle)
