What did you do to get off your butt today? vs. "Butt's off the floor!"

today went on a lil walk
fell in a puddle.. soaked my shoes.. it's cold out n now my feet are frozen :(
 
Went for about a half mile to a 45 minute bike ride in the cold today. It was a very good time. :)
 
3 mile run to studio
Warm up with class:
-75 jumping jacks
-75 bear crawls
-25 burpies
Circuit session (3 times around):
-medicine ball bounces
-ab wheel
-dumbbell clean and press
-jump rope
-punching bag flips
-pullups
-stretch out crunches
-perfect pushup
One minute each exercise, water break after each circuit.
Then 30 minutes of striking drills
20 count pushups
3 mile run back home
 
Holy sheet. Mom got me a gym membership for a year and I went today and did:

15 minutes on the elliptical
3 sets of lat pull downs
3 sets of bicep curlz
2 sets of lat crossover
2 sets of lat chinups

Then I got frisky and took an hour long spinning class.

It's 4:50pm and it's time for bed.
 
3 mile run to class
1 mile run with class
30 minutes jiujitsu drills
30 minutes grappling
3 mile run back home
 
20km in what Rangrz called an "easy" 2:35.

I called it cruel and unusual.
 
I had to make up for having two nights off, and having two glasses of alcohol on both nights (naughty!).

So I did two full cardio boxing classes (so awesome, I'm in loveeee with this class!) plus three fitness games and another three 'mini' cardio boxing sessions.

Feeling sweaty and satisfied and my legs are hurting. Exactly what I wanted! :)
 
Maxed out the lat pulldown bar at the gym this morining. Thought I was going to make one of my testicles explode but I did finish my full set...
 
Stairclimber for ten minutes, then LEG DAY. :)

Did three sets of 60lb dumbbell squats, three sets of short, 60lb weighted lunges, three sets of long lunges, two sets of leg extensions, two sets of 60lb calf raises, and two sets of the leg press machine.
 
^that sounds like a pretty awesome combo right there!

tomorrow I am starting a 3 day 'trial' at a gym lol. I only plan on doing this so I can go to a few yoga classes. Not really buying a membership.
 
1 hour kenisiis class
I am really getting stronger in my upper body I did an L stand for 1 min, I could never hold it that long before good workout.
 
45 squats, isometrics, aaaaaaaaand getting back on my dips programme later this afternoon, around 5 (optimal time for exertion, if you got up at 7, working with your circadian rhythms).
