There is to be a knowledgeable speaker on the topic of Harm Reduction in the case of Narcotic Overdose. I am not sure of his 'slant' on the topic, but it most likely will propose compassionate, modern, scientific, medical care for overdose victims instead of just punitive, criminal actions and condemnation by society....I hope.
