Dilaudid

this thread is a joke to ADD. if i'm not mistaken its a dilaudid thread and not a jurnista thread, so i don't know why jurnista has even being brought up let alone hijacking the thread..... there'd be no arguments otherwise.

I want to ask my GP, and pain specialist about getting dilaudid either on top of my oxycodone, or just outright. i think i have the perfect reasons to ask for it, but my only concern is the strengths of HM relative to OC. I'm pretty sure my GP will be reasonable, but as for the pain specialist.... well next week will be only my second visit so i don't know how narrow her mind is.

I'm thinking of using the fact that oxycodone has now been highly stigmatized in Australia, and that GP's are being closely watched when prescribing it, whilst i goggled dilaudid with pages from Australia, and the news filter and got 0 results. I would be happy just to be prescribed dilaudid and scrap the oxy's altogether. or even better case would be to lower my oxy script by half and get dilaudid. I rang up a chemist warehouse and the pharmacist said they don't have any in stock and that they hardly get scripts for it, very non existent here in melbourne, but he said fentanyl patch is the way to go and i told him that it would be bad for my tolerance, and it's why i wanted an alternative to oxycodone.

all in all I will post my outcome here next week.

I rang 12 pharmacists before I found one which had it in stock the second time I went to fill a script. It's not a common prescription but every pharmacy I've enquired at they have offered to order it in for me (usually only takes a day or two).

An 8mg Dillie is stronger than a 20mg Oxy taken by any ROA (according to this opiate converter http://www.globalrph.com/narcoticonv.htm). I would highly suggest not using stigmatisation as a reason for changing meds, I can tell you now It's very unlikely that will work, if I where you're doctor I would be VERY sceptical. Dillies are Schedule 8 medications and are just as highly monitored and scrutinised as oxy.

Now Bluelight has a rule "no helping people score meds", especially from doctors, so I'm not going to tell you what I think you should say to get them. Good luck with your quest though, let us know how it goes.

I don't know why my search said this thread has been updated when it hasn't but seeing as i'm here.... Any update sublimit on how it all went?

I got to dillies by a very unconventional route (totally legal though, not that i'd recommend it) but when I informed my pain specialist he commented that they where 5x stronger than oxy and although he mention biological variation he didn't seem impressed. Seems he doesn't take ROA into account, definitely not 5x stronger by oral route. How can a pain specialist get that so wrong?

Most doctors aren't half as smart as they think they are, generally compounded by their arrogance and their certainty that they 'are' right and that they 'do' know best.

I could never claim to be a specialist in my area and not even know the basics. Imagine letting a senior engineer plan and co-ordinate the building of a bridge when they don't even know materials or calculus. It's disgusting.

The really interesting thing, for those of you who are in New Zealand, is that hydromorphone can be converted into Dihydromorphinone acetate using the same homebake method that produces all of New Zealands heroin. The hydromorphone pills I used (brought by a friend from overseas, how quaint) were easier to extract cleanly than bloody morphine- 1mg Dihydromorphinone acetate seemed to be equivilant to about 2-3mg hydromorphone, so the 4 8mg pills I had ended up lasting a long time, the rush kills diamorphine dead but it's still is too shortlived for my liking (much like hydromorphone, if I forget my spastic love of novelty for a second), but I'm sure that it would be right up a lot of peoples alley- "A better more euphoric rush than heroin or hydromorphone?...Go on..."

If I manage to get some more in the future (oh great opiate gods...) I'll do a proper trip report. I'm pretty sure that hydromorphone isn't prescribed in New Zealand atm...why is it the one country where AA is easy to come by is seriously lacking in opiates? Because reality hates me, that's why.

Thats too bad that you can't get them in NZ...they are often prescribed in the US , more for chronic pain cancer patients, but the oral route of Diluadid is so terrible that taking a few 10 mg percocet tabs is a better high..IV is a whole different story of course as everyone knows that has tried oral and the IV Dilaudid use..By AA easy to come by are you refering to Acetic Anhydride? Thats strange that such as watched chemical in most of the world is easy to come by!! I find in crazy that you can easily obtain AA but not Diluadids or other strong opiates!! What a waste and a backwards way of doing things!

Unless you plan to use Dilaudid by IV and not orally a Fentanyl patch is much better, and Oxys are 10 times better orally, moreso In my opinion,I once took 64mg of dilaudid orally and it was a weak sleepy sedative feeling,20-30 mg of oxycodone would get you much higher than oral dilaudid will. Only way to actually get high, and IMO any pain relief from diludid is via IV injection.

Yeah, AA is Acetic Anhydride- we use it to cook prescription morphine pills into heroin. I've never worked out how exactly things worked out like this, I mean obviously there's the demand so there will be a supply from somewhere, but I have no idea where the stuff is even being diverted/stolen from- yet pretty much every morphine dealer here sells AA (sometimes by the ml, sometimes you just buy a small amount for a quantity of money), every junkie has a little vial of the stuff that is the key to their life.

Ur right man, IV HM 2-4mg would knock a beginner off of there feet, I used to use the 64mg ones quite often. 32mg orally knocked me on me on my ass with a 80mg daily oxy habit. Woke up with 2 black eyes many times, the side effects and WDs are so severe that oxy and the alike dont even compare.

Ok There is no regular Dilaudid around here where I live. The main doctor that prescribes them got into some kind of trouble so he is having to take the people off of so many Dilaudid. My Friend gets 16mg Hydromorphone. We have been trying to figure out how to shoot them. They have that inside that is described in this discussion. Can someone help me by telling me what I need to do to bang them. The best way possible anyway.

mmmhmmm ima be tryin this lovely lovely shit soon.gonna shoot it up cant wait! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Dilauded is the easiest drug to use I.V. And I LOVE the buzz. Just use a dollar bill fold it in half place the pill on the end with the fold and fold the pill up in the bill a couple times. Then fold the bill in half the other way to keep the drug from falling out either end once u crush it. After you fold it up, use a coin or even bite the dollar over the pill until it is pretty well crushed. Remove the plunger from your insulin syringe and use the dollar like a funnel to drop the crushed pill in the pipe. While your prepping your pill place a small amount of water (about 1/8th of a coffee cup) in the microwave for around 2 min. The water should be HOT. If u have the water the right temp, when u draw it up, the powdered pill will dissolve without even having to shake it up. Don't let it cool to much because the dope will start to settle out of the pill. Find your favorite vein and here comes heaven! It's gonna sting a little because of the water being hot but if the water isn't really good and hot, the buzz won't be nearly as good. Make sure you get a good blood flash before you push because if you push the drug subcontanious (under the skin) it can cause severe damage to the tissue and could form a abscess and then you have to go explain to your doc how the abscess came to be and your f*#%ed! Have fun and be safe, know your limits. Start with 4mg and see how that does you before you push a whole eight. The yellow 4mg pills are my personal favorites but the white 8s are good too as long as your water is good and hot

you really should filter thru 2 micron filter-available online at my fav booksore....save yr lungs for oold age....says this 57 yr old smokn fool

The side effects and WDs are so severe that oxy and the alike dont even compare.

Seeing as someone has posted in this thread this year I just thought I'd add a bit of retrospective wisdom.

Read Sustanon's quote, then read it again and again and finally once more.

I was IV 32mg+ of Dilaudid at one point (and this is IR so none is getting lost in filters or osmosis delivery systems) + oxycontin bi daily and then after a turn of events was told I could have a 10mg Norspan Patch (bupe). Let's just say the withdrawals were so bad that I did things I'm deeply ashamed of and will have to live with for the rest of my life. I was lucky I was given a second chance, but I will never go back to that drug again. I don't want to sound preachy but once you start shooting up hydromorphone (in whatever form) your tolerance skyrockets, and the short half-life and intense rush has you doing it over and over again, groundhog day each time.

I've matured a lot since I had my first IV shot and all I really want to get across is that if you do try this drug, don't make it a habit. I went for so long thinking I'd never go out of control. IV dilaudid drove me to hell and back in the long run.

Just my words of advice for any newcomer googling this drug and reading this thread. There is a reason I went from being very active on this website to totally absent...

This is the Bugatti Veyron of drugs available here in Australia. Once you've taken it for a ride going back to the honda civics of opiates is fucking hard (if you have ample access as I did). All of you stay safe.
