anyone experienced long dizziness after mdma

100mg or less A NIGHT?
honkey please, 100mg isnt even a real dose, hell the DEA considers "one dosage unit" of MDMA to be 140mg

Not everyone is the same. I can roll for an hour and half (more or less) with half a pill (teste, around 120mg acording to extasydata), so with 60mg I feel it.

Hey, I am having the same symptoms, almost like I am having a migraine and my vision is a bit blurry and I feel dizzy.

It's been 2 weeks since I rolled. I had a pill and was fine after 3/4, but the last 1/4 really kicked me and I felt very faint.

Has anyone had this before and how do you feel now? How long did it take to go away in the end?

All these people taking 500 mg are most likely taking something that isn't mdma.

Especially if they have to redose every few hours.

Research chemicals or plant food. Not mdma

Whoever is experiencing this, I have to say you don't need to worry about it. It's temporary and you will be fine 100 percent. I can guaranty you that. When i was experiencing this, I was scared coz it was something new. I thought what if I don't come back to normality again but after a while I realised I'm normal but just a bit Dizzy. hope this helps and DO NOT have any caffeine, smokes or any other drugs until you are 100 percent fine. Good luck!!!!

Shit yeah, first time I took some I had a very bad trip due to weed afterwards (think, feeling of heart stopping, not being able to swallow, having bad dreams but not knowing when you woke up so I thought they were real). The psychological effects of this lasted more than 3 months. Took it a second time couple of days ago. Was quite fine until now (took a lot less, wasn't really feeling anything), drank some coffee and suddenly I got very dizzy and couldn't really swallow. Everything feels a bit wonky at the moment, I remember this from the first time too, however it's much better now as I can deal with the anxiety attacks as a result of this. I'm guessing it'll wear off in a couple of days, but never knew caffeine would be a catalyst for it.

Yeah I took about 280mg in total on a night and then smoked weed afterwards to try and get to sleep (DO NOT RECOMMEND). Had a very bad trip and for me it lasted much much longer than this. The more you think about it the more the anxiety takes over and the more you start to feel, this can become a spiral downwards because you think something is wrong with you. But I can assure you that it wears off, especially once you start to realise that it's not the effects of the drugs doing anything, but rather you yourself thinking about it and causing these feelings (the mind is very strong in making things you believe become true). Just take it easy, sleep well, eat healthy and drink a lot of water. Next time you're feeling dizzy just focus on your breathing, keep it normal and steady, this will move your focus and you'll be over it in no time!

Last weekend racked up about 1400mg of crystal MD over the 3 nights, have been experiencing vertigo like symptoms and nausea when moving eyes, this sensation is getting better each day and should be gone within a week or so, this is not the first time iv done a similar level dose, and I definitely over did it.

Just be careful I suppose

I'm experiencing the same thing as we speak, laying in bed. It was incredibly stupid of me to take, 700mg over the weekend but I did. I have a naturally high tolerance, and if I only have a small amount of MDMA, sometimes rolling lightly is oddly INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. And yes this is tested high quality pure MDMA. This feeling almost never lasts more than a couple days, but always eventually subsides. I recommend just giving it time. Eat healthy, and get some exercise once you feel healthy enough to kickstart your seratonin replenishment. I'm sure you're fine by now since this is an old post but this is toward anyone who is having the same issue. Good luck! Roll safely. Don't be an idiot like me! Invest in some pre-roll supplements and don't redose more than once. You will feel exponentially better the next day. I stress lowering the dose moreso than the supplements.

The real answer

Seeing as this info never got to me In time I thought a contribution would be good it's 6 months down the line so I thought I would say how it ended - very well actually the constant symptoms faded one by one and were gone in less than a week.

Did take a downward spiral mid week as I had vision problems so went to the doc to be safe.

They said that it was likely due to a severe chemical imbalance in the brain I had 3 maybe 4 relapses of these symptoms where I would feel an aggressive pulsating dizziness and energy in my head and body loud whining noises and pulsing colours overlayed onto my sight for 5-10 seconds but all of these occurred within the first week and I got a prescription for anti vertigo tablets which work LIKE A CHARM. Three a day before meals (don't take them after food it wierds you out) a 5htp every day and drink enough water and get at least 8-9 hours sleep .. all this and I was perfectly fine in around 11-12 days. After that a general unsettled feeling ensued but this too disapated in around 2 days

Since I originally had some problems upstairs as a result, I waited nearly 6months to drop at any level even close to that, and here's what I would add:

Me and swim Recently dropped almost 1G of what was effectively pure crystals (please do not try this. it is not glam) - we reformed the rocks we bought to a little under 970mg (Which proved that they were basically as glass as they originally looked) - split between me and swim and mixed with the longest game of ring of fire we then rolled for what was *i kid you not* the best part of 10 hours with another 8 hours of intense heart pounding and phading

Following what ever that experience was .. swim and I basically died of paranoia on the way down, both had some simmilar symptons as I did before but less severe as it was nearly glass

The problem here again was caused by a simple lack of food, water and sleep (went without both for 2 days, still felt the side effects directly for almost 3) and walked a long way with no liquids - most of these symptoms were all self induced out of panic and fear as the heavy use messed up both a mine and swims breathing which sparks paranoia, every time I thought about what could be wrong I got dizziness and Couldn't breath this went on for days (no doubt worsened by the alcohol and smoke mix on the walk) - it's day 4 now and we're both pretty much fine. This shows very well that if you think that there is a problem the brain plays powerful tricks on you and you feel that problem for real. It is important to focus on getting better and there are alot of other ways to rebalance yourself after a heavy one.

Remember Its mostly in your head and you have got to look after your balance. Also .. Don't be like swim/me - if you dose well and at the correct frequency you will be fine and most likely won't ever experience this.

I took mdma over 3 days on the 14th July. Following that I was ill for a week throwing up and feeling really dizzy.

I believe I returned to normal health so on the 30th July I went out and drank but drank too much causing me to throw up. The next day I woke up feeling hungover but I had this weird feeling but just assumed I'd be fine the next day. I was wrong.

Since then so over 2 months I have felt dizzy / light headed / permanent headache / brain fog / sometimes feels like my head is heavier.

I feel incredibly down about it and just want my life back as I've felt like this for far too long.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with me? Or how I can return to normal health. I believe that if I didn't drink then I would be fine now but I don't know that.

I really hope someone can help because it's so awful and I want my life back.

Thank you.

You’ll be fine, some people who get off an ssri also experience dizzyness. Regarding the anxiety, try to calm yourself down by meditating or breathing excercises. Quit stimulants for a while, no coffee, nicotine, alcohol or drugs. Eat healthy, workout and you’ll feel better in weeks.

Try to get some exercise, do some cardio and sleep. Don't forget to eat plenty too.

Long term cardio is a great solution to many of these problems.

Stay away from all drugs including caffeine. Stay away from dumb supplements and vitamins like curcumin, kava, and 5htp all that bullshit it won't help and may make it worse. Eat right and relax. If you have no hppd symptoms I don't see why you wouldn't recover.

its happening to me too

Went to contact festival two days ago. the festival was 2 days in a row and i rolled 500mg each day. I was doing fine the next day but today i have been feeling intense dizziness. at first i was kinda scared because this didnt happen to me the other times i took mdma. but now knowing that it is temporary made me feel a lot better thanks guys. :D

Might be derealization depersonalization, caused by MDMA, this will go away if you just live your normal life.

Guys, not sure if this thread is still active or not but I have been experiencing this light headed dizzy type feeling now for almost six months as well as eye floaters after consuming 2 and a half tested pills. It feels like a piece of my head has been removed and replaced with wool or something. The symptoms are making me depressed as hell. Tried to live clean, exercise etc but still no sign of improvement. Any ideas?

Hey, I experienced something similar, dizziness, bad gait - 6 months pretty intensely, now it's much less. Have you seen a specialist?

Hey, I had blood tests and eye tests done but everything came back normal. I also suffer with insomnia which I had before, not sure if the insomnia Is drug related as I have been doing various stimulants for many years recreationally. The dizzy feeling and floaters tho started pretty much a few days after I had the pills. I thought it may hang around for a month or two but didn't expect it six months later with no sign of improvement. Starting to get a bit worried it's going to be permanent. I also noticed that alcohol and caffeine make it temporarily worse which is pretty grim.

It sounds like symptoms of anxiety, judging by my experience. I also had problems with coffee - it made my symptoms much worse. I finally went to a vertigo/balance specialist and she prescribed me Cinnarizine (along with antidepressants I was taking). I am not sure which drug helped, but my symptoms improved after a month. I also read different stories here on the forum about dizziness/vertigo, where noticeable improvement took a year or so. I would try not to panic, it just may take longer in your case.
