It is hard to gauge the effectiveness as I did upper body two days in a row prior.
I will try the class again. I did once last year and though meh but I think I did not have the resistance high enough.
Had a good run in the midday sun, despite it being very hot today. Surprisingly, it felt great, and the wind against my topless body kept me fairly cool. Probably got a fat dose of vitamin dizzle, too!
Then I came home and feasted on some cold, fresh watermelon and grapes.
Bliss!! Almost as fun as sitting in front of an Xbox eating Cheetos all day.
I could never run on sidewalks, treadmills, etc. Running on trails through wilderness is where it's AT. I highly encourage it, as the most joyous form of exercise imaginable.
