Does anyone use the foam rollers? There great for self-body-massage after a workout.

I will be sure to now! Just need to acquire some.... my legs have been really aching this week after loads of cycling!

slack day :)?

2x10 [neutral grip pullups, 40# standing military presses, 15# lateral raises (dbs)]
1x3 mile run

That does indeed look sweet PI.

- 45 minutes bike
- 30 minutes elliptical

squat, front squat, clean this morning
more squat, abs this afternoon.
ran a little bit too.

About 2 mile hike. Very disappointing.
The trail (6.6 mile round trip) was not marked well and we opted to turn around rather than move forward.

Had a good run in the midday sun, despite it being very hot today. Surprisingly, it felt great, and the wind against my topless body kept me fairly cool. Probably got a fat dose of vitamin dizzle, too! =D

Then I came home and feasted on some cold, fresh watermelon and grapes.

Bliss!! Almost as fun as sitting in front of an Xbox eating Cheetos all day. ;)

I could never run on sidewalks, treadmills, etc. Running on trails through wilderness is where it's AT. I highly encourage it, as the most joyous form of exercise imaginable.

- 10 minute row

Sunday
- 40 minute bike

- 3 sets of reverse crunches

I'm seeing results. I'm loving it and so is my partner. :)
