Got over 10hrs of new Tech-House this past week, so needless to say it's basically all ive been listening to

There's one song that ive heard in two of the mixes now that ive been dying to identify. First heard it in a Terrakroma mix, then in a Treavor Moontribe mix (from LIB). It has a psybreaks meets Tech-house vibe to it, with a reapeating sample saying "here you are" and echoing. Any idea what this could be?
