What difference between lortab and lorcet?

Shady is correct, it's the amount of Acetaminophen that determines whether it's lortab or lorcet. Lortabs have 500 mg of aspirin, Lorcets have 625. Always remember, in the interest of harm reduction, to not exceed more than 4-5 grams(4000-5000 mgs) in one 24 hour period, if it is a one-time thing(5000 mgs is REALLY pushing it though), and not more than 3000 milligrams of acetaminophen in a 24 hour period if it is a habitual thing.

Its definitely not habitual so no worries...I dont take more than one at a time...usually half...in a 24 hr period.

Which ones are the 10/500's, the oval blue hydrocodones with Watson 540 on them

lorcet/lortab/vicodin are the same 2 ingredients: hydrocodone and acetaminophen (tylenol) just different pharmaceutical companies
lorcet: 5/500, 7.5/500, and 10/650
lortab: 5/500 and 7.5/500
vicodin: 5/500, 7.5/750, 10/660

there is also norcet/norco which is 5/500 and 10/325 respectively

there is also vicprofen which is mixed with... guess! ibuprofen

darvocets are propxyphene w/acetaminophen
and
darvons are mixed with propoxyphene w/asprin

percocets are oxycodone w/acetaminophen
and
percodans are oxycodone w/asprin

oxycontins are oxycodone

No, no, no...Lortab don't have aspirin in them, they have acetaminophen just like Lorcet. Its just another generic of hydrocodone/APAP.

SHIT. Sorry, I was completely high when I wrote that haha. Good catch man, thanks for the correction!
