i heard coleus blumei has mild psychedelic effects when ingested or chewed.

i have a bunch of the plant growing in at my house so is this true?

does anybody have any info or experiece with the plant?

*i heard it was used as a replacement for salvia d. by the Aztecs and Mayans, and that coleus is closely related to salvia d.

Apparently it is. Try it in varying dosages, and see what it's like?

I've never used Coleus but I have grown them in the summer.

The leaves smell nasty (to me) so I wouldn't chew on them or make a tea out of them and drink it.

Do you think the dried leaves would go well mixed with herb? Or could you vaporize them?

from what i heard it can't be smoked and the best results come from buccal use.

i have a huge plant with big leaves i guess i'll give it a few tries.

There's a lot of varieties of Coleus - make sure you have the right one
