best way to ingest molly?

I have to agree with delta_9.......Don't knock injecting it by i.v. if you have never tried it...........Most drugs are better (may be shorter) but way better of a high by doing it the good Ol' I.V. way!!!!!! just sayin'
 
I just want to reiterate that I'm not suggesting or encouraging anyone to inject any drugs. Unless one has a sterile needle, micron filter, bacteriostatic water, pure compound etc and is of course familiar with how to administer a proper IV in the first place it should not even be considered.
I was just playing devil's advocate and having a bit of fun with semantics in my previous post.
I'm actually terrified of needles and have never injected anything myself. :)
 
In my opinion, and from experience the best way to take mdma for me is this:

- Eat a high in Tryptophan diet
- Exercise daily
- Wait at least 60 days
- Get enough sunlight every day

- Weigh 100mg on accurate scales
- Make sure that the mdma is tested and is good to go from test kit results
- Put that in a capsule and enjoy 3-4 hours of Bliss at your favourite local event :D

*After Care

Take Vitamin C after you have come down from it
Drink Green tea if you can get some, or at least when you get home
Both of them steps will help reduce side effects.
