Quick question about timestamps on trip reports

Which is a better way to do trip reports when noting times of stuff?
The amount of time since your first dose or the actual time of your observation? For example:


+ 00:00 (0 hours, 0 mins) - blah blah blah

OR

19:46 - blah blah blah

Which ever way is easier to keep track for you. It's your report, so it's your decision. Either way is good. I've used both formats in different reports.
