Yes, they can all trigger the common drug tests for amphetamine. Drug testing is typically a two-step process; the first step uses a color-changing test (much like a pregnancy test.) *If* that test shows a positive, a second test will be run (using a big expensive lab machine called a GC/MS) to double-check that it really is amphetamine (or whatever) and not a false positive.
