Where I am from, you can phone up an agency, say you want 4 of them for an hour, they will then try and barter you into having them for 2 hours. They will then give you a run down of who is available and usually they all turn up together. money is paid at the start and then you get going.

400 dollars isn't particularly expensive. To be fair when I'm high on coke, I feel like I have loads of money and I am invincible / gods gift to women so even though sober its a real bad idea a mixture of coke and jack daniels suddenly makes it the best idea and the best use of you hard earned cash.
