Dude, they dont make the bags out of wax paper lol. they buy the bags to put the dope in. They are used for stamp collecting. That would be funny if the dealers made bags out of wax paper tho lol. Just for the record haha...I aint clownin on u, but its a common mistake that alot of new dope users make, thinking that the bags are home made. I kno u dont see them in stores where ur at, so its understandable that u thought that but u can actually buy those empty blank unstamped glassine bags in some bodegas in the hood , or order them online.

aka, I hear u about camden. Thats why I specificlly said North new jersey in my post. Southern jerz is def. a whole nother story as far as the dope game, and just in general ....north n south jerz is like 2 diff states sometimes. A whole lot is different but the camden dope game is alot more like philly, I kno wat ur talkin about. I dont kno if u assumed that I was speakin for camden when i was sayin all that about how shit runs, cuz Im aware as much as u that it aint. :)

NOTORIOUS (1/10) Garbage, and since that was so bad, I hustled a few bucks to waste more money on 2010(3/10). My dude said it was 2012 and has been consistently good recently, but not this time. Was hoping there was a 2012 and not the crappy 2010 that I was just told about. :-(

IF YOU HEAT IT CLEARS UP REAL NICE BUT WHO CARES WHEN YOU STILL FEEL LIKE ASS; BARELY AND I MEAN BARELY GOT ME OFF E. I GOT A REALLY HIGH TOLERENCE BUT I DID MY NORMAL BATCH AND NOTHING. To Blasphemy000, what I've experienced with the Blue CAPTAINs was pretty good. Much better IMO thru IV, although a high level of cut, the bags will fade you. Snorting these was just ok< as I usually snort em, this is the only bag I've recently banged just for the much better high (I have a needle phobia, so it takes alot to use this way) Never got a bunk bag of CAPTAINs, my vote is to go for it.

Nah Lacey I getcha. I learned a long time ago never to assume anything when you're talkin, haha :). I know you had a section in what you said that agreed with me about Camden being a whole different world, and I guess I was just kinda double-agreeing with you. I know you know what's up, I was just speaking in general because on average a lot of people can't comprehend the way it's set up here. Just the fact that there's only another handful of people that rate Camden shit speaks for that. I was just giving some input for a comparison. Buuut I know you got it, 's all good. %)

So many people inflate the numbers of their dope. An 8 is a very high, just about the highest score you can give on here. 9's and 10's that come from stamp bags do not exist. A 9 or a 10 is for raw dope and the purpose of a stamp bag is to cut it. Let me put up a guide for everyone to follow. And as long as my homegirl Lacey, and my homeboy Thizzer say it's good, then follow it. Also, keep in mind that most of us get our dope in Newark, NJ which is basically the heroin capital of the USA. Here it goes.

0 - FAKE, INACTIVE INGREDIENTS THAT DO NOT PRODUCE ANY EFFECTS THAT ARE EXPECTED WHEN USING OPIATES.

1 - COMPLETE TRASH, BUT IT PRODUCES ENOUGH OF AN EFFECT FOR THE USER TO DETERMINE THAT THERE IS INDEED SOME HEROIN PRESENT, BUT NOT VERY MUCH.

2 - TRASH, BUT IT PRODUCES A MILD HIGH THAT WILL CURE THE DOPE FLU. STILL YOU WOULD NEVER BUY IT AGAIN UNLESS YOU HAD NO CHOICE. AND YOU STILL MIGHT CONSIDER REMAINING SICK.

3 - NOT VERY GOOD, BUT YOU EXPERIENCE A HIGH OF SOME SORT AND IT SURELY MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER IF YOU'RE IN WITHDRAWAL. YOU WOULDN'T GO LOOKING FOR IT, BUT YOU'LL TAKE IT IF IT'S THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN

8 - THIS IS FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! ABOUT THE HIGHEST SCORE A STAMP BAG CAN RECEIVE. THIS IS THE TYPE OF DOPE YOU'LL PAY EXTRA FOR AND DRIVE FARTHER THAN NORMAL FOR. THIS IS THE DIESEL THAT YOU DON'T GET VERY OFTEN AND YOU GO "HOLY SHIT" AFTER YOU DO IT.

9 - VERY RARE TO ALMOST NON-EXISTENT IN A STAMP BAG. MAYBE SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE AND UNDER CUT THEIR PACKAGE AND YOU GOT LUCKY AND GOT LIFTED TO HEAVEN. WELL, THAT IS IF YOU TESTED IT FIRST. IF YOU DIDN'T AND YOU BANGED YOUR NORMAL DOSE, YOU MIGHT NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION.

10 - THE ONLY WAY YOUR DOPE WAS A 10 WAS IF THE PERSON YOU COPPED IT OFF OF WAS A DRUG MULE WHO JUST SHIT IT OUT IN A MOTEL 6 IN NEWARK OR HARLEM. YOU HAD TO OPEN A LATEX GLOVE TO GET TO IT, AND YOU PAID ABOUT A GRAND BECAUSE YOU COPPED A "FINGER." IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT A FINGER IS PLEASE REREAD THIS LIST AND TAKE ITS GUIDELINES INTO ACCOUNT WHEN RATING YOUR DOPE.

I don't know if I beleive him to be honest...my rating might be on the low end..I see a lot of people giving 100%'s BANGING HIGH ass ratings...IMO they were like a 6-7. These are pretty good IMO just not as good/big as the red 100 percents. Happy to get them although I wanted to get the 2010s hes out of.

OK rush and ok buzz afterwards. nothing special. was a bit sick when i got them and it definitely got me off E. if u can get fire snatch it up but if ur just looking for a bag that'll at least get u off for sure these will do it.
