I dont care for it. In fact, it makes me angry and short tempered. I guess thats more socially acceptable than euphoria and enjoyment though? That and suicidal ideation? Those dont seem to carry the same stigma as recreational enjoument.

I am fortunate enough to have a pain management specialist who not only agrees with the benifets of, but also supports the medical use of marijuana. I am also prescribed 30 mg extended release morphine sulfate.

Pills are best swallowed, smoking them with all those filllers and binders doesn't work that well, most of it gets wasted/ burned up.

Well, they are your lungs and if you want to waste your pills by smoking them go ahead.
